titleOfInvention A kind of hydrogel medical dressing containing traditional Chinese medicine extract and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a hydrogel medical dressing containing Chinese medicine extract and a preparation method thereof. The hydrogel medical dressing containing Chinese medicine extract has functions of promoting blood coagulation and wound healing. The preparation method provided by the invention uses sodium alginate and carrageenan as a composite matrix, cellulose as a reinforcement, and Chinese herbal medicine extracts as bioactive components to prepare a composite hydrogel medical dressing through the plasticization of glycerin. The hydrogel medical dressing of the invention has better cell affinity and full degradation performance, and the elongation at break can reach 80%, which solves the problem of rapid coagulation and hemostasis. The invention adopts the extract of Chinese herbal medicine, has obvious bacteriostasis effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and does not contain antibiotics. The hydrogel medical dressing of the present invention can promote the expression of cell f-actin. The expression level of f-actin in cells co-cultured with medical dressings was 70% higher than that in the control group.
