Disclosed are two classes of anti-AS-SPIK antibodies that specifically bind to one of two different conformational epitopes, and methods of making such antibodies, compositions comprising such antibodies, including pharmaceutical compositions, and their use in diagnostics and/or use in the treatment of disorders characterized by AS-SPIK expression (eg, liver cancer). Also disclosed are diagnostic methods and kits comprising the anti-AS-SPIK antibodies. |
