abstract | The invention discloses an ultra-thin battery and a preparation method thereof. The ultra-thin battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and an electrolyte membrane located between the positive and negative electrodes. The electrolyte membrane is filled with an electrolyte-containing hydrogel through in-situ polymerization. The hydrogel-fiber paper composite membrane obtained in the fiber paper. First, prepare an aqueous solution of hydrogel precursor containing hydrogel monomer, cross-linking agent, initiator and electrolyte; then place the fiber paper in the hydrogel precursor solution to fully infiltrate; then put the fiber paper under the action of the initiator polymerized on the first electrode to form a hydrogel-fiber-paper composite membrane containing the first electrode on one side; finally, the second electrode is assembled on the other side of the hydrogel-fiber-paper composite membrane opposite to the first electrode , to complete the preparation of ultra-thin batteries. The invention has a simple structure and is an ultra-thin flexible battery. The electrolyte membrane adopted in the invention simultaneously realizes the functions of a quasi-solid electrolyte and a separator in one, the preparation method is simple, and the practicability is strong. |
