titleOfInvention A kind of chain extender and its application in polyurethane elastomer
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of polyurethane elastomers, and particularly relates to a chain extender and its application in polyurethane elastomers. A chain extender, characterized in that: the chain extender comprises the following components by mass percentage of the chain extender: 3-16% of thiophene containing dihydroxy or bis-mercapto groups, 1-8% of hydroxyl-terminated silicone , and the rest are small molecular polyol chain extenders and/or small molecular alcohol amine chain extenders, and the hydroxyl-terminated silicone adopts polyether-polysiloxane copolymers with hydroxyl groups at both ends. The chain extender is applied to a polyurethane elastomer, and the hydrophobicity of the polyurethane elastomer is improved through the synergistic effect of thiophene containing dihydroxy or bis-mercapto group and a hydroxyl-terminated organosilicon, so that the polyurethane elastomer has excellent mechanical properties and low haze.
