The present invention relates to a typical chloropyridine fixed bed chlorination method. The invention mainly uses 2-chloropyridine, a by-product of photochlorination, as a raw material, which is heated and chlorinated in a fixed bed, the reaction conditions are mild and easy to control, and the operation is simple. 5,6-tetrachloropyridine and pentachloropyridine are the main products, and the content of pentachloropyridine in the selected catalyst product can be as high as more than 95%, and the trichloropyridine, tetrachloropyridine and pentachloropyridine in the product can be controlled by adjusting the reaction parameters. The proportion of pyridine not only solves the problem of post-processing of the by-product 2-chloropyridine, but also reduces the difficulty of product purification in the later stage. |
