abstract |
The invention discloses a method for promoting the degradation of polychlorinated biphenyls by nano-zero valent iron by Pseudomonas JD37 and its application. In the present invention, nano-zero-valent iron and Pseudomonas JD37 are added in the environment where polychlorinated biphenyls are present, and the nano-zero-valent iron is used to promote the degradation of polychlorinated biphenyls by Pseudomonas JD37. The content of reactive oxygen species produced by extracellular metabolism of Pseudomonas sp. JD37 was increased by nano-zero valent iron, and the degradation of polychlorinated biphenyls was promoted. Therefore, the present invention is suitable for degrading polychlorinated biphenyls in water and soil for environmental remediation. |
