An antiferromagnetic crystal and a preparation method thereof, the chemical formula of the antiferromagnetic crystal lithium copper phosphate is LiKCuP 2 O 7 , the crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, the space group is P 2 1 / n , and the unit cell parameter is a=5.0657(9 )Å, b=14.178(2)Å, c=8.4839(15)Å, molecular weight 609.33. The pure copper lithium potassium phosphate antiferromagnetic crystal was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method, and the copper lithium potassium phosphate single crystal was grown by the high temperature melt method. The magnetic test results show that the copper lithium potassium phosphate crystal has antiferromagnetism, and the antiferromagnetic material can be used as a spintronic material for information storage. Since it does not generate a magnetic field and does not interfere with each other, the antiferromagnetic material can be tightly are stacked together for high-density storage. |
