The invention relates to a multi-field-depth focus synthesis method, system and image processing method for optical microscopic images. The method mainly converts the image set from RGB space to LAB space, obtains the focus measurement map of each image in the L-channel image set, and filters the L-channel image set, the A-channel image set and the B-channel image set respectively. The unfiltered focus measurement map set is subjected to cascade filtering processing, and the maximum density projection calculation is performed on the filtered focus measurement map set to obtain a pixel index map. Based on the pixel index map, the L channel fusion image, the A channel fusion image and the B channel fusion image are obtained. , based on the L channel fusion image, the A channel fusion image and the B channel fusion image, the LAB color space is converted into the RGB color space, and the fused optical microscope color image is obtained.
