titleOfInvention A method for detecting thiourea using carbon nanodots-gold nanoparticles as fluorescent probes
abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting thiourea by using carbon nano-dot-gold nano-particles as fluorescent probes, and belongs to the field of analysis and detection. The technical scheme of the present invention is as follows: the fluorescent carbon nanodots and gold nanoparticles are mixed in advance, and the fluorescence of the carbon nanodots will be quenched based on the fluorescence resonance energy transfer effect; then, if there is thiourea in the sample to be tested mixed with the probe , then thiourea will induce the aggregation of gold nanoparticles through coordination and debond the carbon nanodots from the gold nanoparticles, and finally restore the quenched fluorescence of carbon nanodots. Under the optimized detection conditions, the relative fluorescence intensity of the carbon nanodot-gold nanoparticle probe showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of thiourea in the range of 0.05-1 μM, and the detection limit (S/N=3) was 0.0362 μM. The detection method established by the invention is not only convenient, but also has excellent selectivity and sensitivity, and can be effectively applied to the detection of thiourea in tap water, lake water and fruit and vegetable juice.
