titleOfInvention A kind of hyaluronic acid composite gel for tear groove filling and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a hyaluronic acid composite gel for tear trough filling and a preparation process thereof. The composite gel is prepared by cross-linking of medium molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and recombinant collagen. The mass percentage of medium molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate in the composite gel are both 1.2-2.0%, the mass percentage of recombinant collagen in the composite gel is 0.4-0.7%, and the rest of the composite gel is 0.4-0.7%. The amount is phosphate buffered saline. The preparation method is cross-linking through physical means of rapid heating-insulation-rapid cooling. The composite gel of the present invention, through the combination of medium molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and recombinant collagen, can ensure the filling effect while prolonging the maintenance time of the filling effect, effectively avoiding the occurrence of Tyndall effect, and is safe. It has high properties and can also repair and replenish skin nutrition; the physical cross-linking method of rapid heating-warm-keeping-rapid cooling does not require cross-linking agents, and there is no residual risk.
