abstract |
The invention provides a new polysaccharide of Xiaohuaqingfengteng, which has an average molecular weight of 4.057×103 Da, is composed of α-glucose, and has a connection mode of 1→6. The surface roughness analysis results show that SPT1 is mainly spherical aggregates. A new polysaccharide (SPT1) was obtained by separating and purifying by water extraction and alcohol precipitation, Sephadex G‑100 and G‑200 column chromatography, and 30% alcohol precipitation from the stem and leaves of Xiaohuaqingfengteng. The protection experiment of SPT1 on carbon tetrachloride-injured L-O2 cells showed that it has hepatoprotective activity. The assay results of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) inhibitory activity showed that SPT1 has inhibitory activity on PTP1B enzyme. |
