titleOfInvention Application of chelerythrine combined with polymyxin E in the inhibition of polymyxin E-resistant bacteria
abstract The invention discloses the application of chelerythrine combined with polymyxin E in inhibiting polymyxin E-resistant bacteria, and the polymyxin E-resistant bacteria are mcr-positive bacteria. Experiments have shown that chelerythrine can synergistically inhibit polymyxin E (such as mcr-1-positive Escherichia coli ZJ807, mcr-8-positive Klebsiella pneumoniae KP91, mcr-9-positive Salmonella SLM183), and reduce the reduction of polymyxa. The resistance to polymyxin E was reversed at the same time. The chelerythrine can restore the inhibitory effect of polymyxin E on polymyxin E-resistant bacteria. The invention has important application value.
