titleOfInvention | A kind of high stability thermal frit and preparation method thereof, thermal fuse link |
abstract | The invention provides a high-stable hot-melt block, a preparation method thereof, and a hot-melt link. By weight percentage, the high-stability hot-melt block comprises 80-100% phenyl benzoate, 0-20% filler, 0-3% lubricating agent, 0-5% binder and 0-2% pigment. In the present invention, phenyl benzoate is used as the main material, and an appropriate amount of fillers, lubricants, adhesives and pigments are added and mixed into a mixture, and the organic-type high-stable hot frit is obtained after pressing. Using phenyl benzoate as a heat-sensitive material has the characteristics of high insulation resistance, fast operation response rate, deliquescence resistance and high temperature stability. The thermal fuse link assembled by using the highly stable thermal frit block of the present invention has higher insulation and stability. In addition, the preparation method of the high-stable hot frit of the present invention is simple, easy to operate and low in production cost, thereby improving the economic value of the enterprise and bringing a broad theoretical basis for the production of the hot frit. |
