abstract | The invention discloses a method and system for automatically generating clinical data based on causal relationship mining. Starting from the collection source of medical data, according to the patient's admission and discharge process, the information retained in the hospital is classified and counted, and the patient's admission process is ignored. The redundant information generated in the hospital admission process of the patient is organized into four items: condition, examination, disease, and drug, and is integrated into a unified data set.
