A Kind of Specific Fluorescent Probe for Detecting Human Serum Albumin and Its Application |
abstract |
The object of the present invention is to provide a specific fluorescent probe for detecting human serum albumin, which can be specifically hydrolyzed by human serum albumin in human serum, plasma or urine to generate a fluorescence emission spectrum with Products with significantly different substrates. The content of albumin was quantitatively detected by measuring the amount of hydrolysate produced in unit time. The specific probe is N-n-butyl-4-hydroxy-1,8-naphthalimide parent C-4-hydroxy-substituted bibenzoyl ester derivatives. Its general structural formula is shown in formula (1), wherein R is any one of -F, -CF 3 , and -NO 2 . The specific probe of the present invention has the following outstanding advantages: (1) high specificity; (2) cheap and easy to obtain; (3) high sensitivity; (4) good detection reproducibility. |
