The real part of the complex refractive index determines the resonance The position of the curve, the imaginary part determines the slope of the resonance curve. Using double-exposure digital holographic interferometry to measure the phase values of reflected light waves at different incident angles can achieve high-sensitivity measurement of the complex refractive index parameters of two-dimensional material samples. |
