abstract |
The invention discloses the application of WDHD1 gene in the prediction of metastasis and recurrence of liver cancer, and uses WDHD1 as a tumor gene to predict the metastasis and recurrence of liver cancer. The expressed genes were analyzed by combining the results of liver cancer tissue microarray and the data in the TCGA database, and it was found that the expression of WDHD1 was up-regulated in liver cancer tissue. The related tissue sample verification experiments, molecular biology and cell biology experiments were used to verify WDHD1 and liver cancer metastasis and recurrence. It is closely related and can be used as a biomarker for the assessment and prediction of liver cancer metastasis and recurrence. |
