titleOfInvention A keratinocyte exosome-mediated approach to promote hair growth
abstract The invention discloses a method for promoting hair growth mediated by exosomes of keratinocytes, and relates to the technical field of hair growth. Cultured in medium at 37°C and 5% CO2; HFSCs were cultured at 37°C and 5% CO2 in fully grown human hair follicle stem cell culture medium and serum with fisetin (>96.0% purity), RNA was extracted from cell and skin samples using HighPureRNAIsolationKit and RNeasyFibrousTissueMiniKit, respectively, cDNA synthesis and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) were performed, samples were analyzed, and gene expression levels were normalized to the corresponding β-actin gene levels . The keratinocyte-derived exosomes of the present invention can activate hair follicle stem cells and thereby induce hair growth with few side effects and satisfactory effects.
