abstract | The invention discloses a kind of lignin colloidal ball nano-particles based on temperature-induced hierarchical self-assembly and a preparation method thereof. In this method, microwave hydrophobically modified lignin is firstly performed, and the modified lignin is fully dissolved in an organic solvent/water mixed solvent at room temperature; then, it is transferred to an ice-water bath, and the cooling rate is controlled to make the system The temperature drops; in this process, part of the lignin is precipitated and self-assembly is completed at the same time, and the lignin colloid spheres can be obtained by filtering and washing. The preparation of lignin colloidal spheres by the method is simple, green, and easy to control, without adding additional reagents, and can be prepared only by controlling the temperature, and has the potential for large-scale industrial production. In addition, compared with the current methods for preparing lignin colloidal spheres by solution self-assembly method, mechanical method, interface cross-linking and emulsion method, the method has the advantages of regular morphology and uniform particle size, and successfully overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art. |
