titleOfInvention A method for high-value utilization of waste paper
abstract The invention belongs to the field of waste resource utilization, and particularly relates to a method for high-value utilization of waste paper. In the method, the pulverized waste paper is used as raw material, and ethanol, glacial acetic acid and Amberlyst-15 are used for pretreatment successively. To obtain a liquid product rich in L-glucosone, the pyrolytic carbon can be activated at a high temperature of 600-800 °C to prepare a high-efficiency lead ion adsorption activated carbon, and citric acid is added to the pretreated filtrate to obtain calcium carbonate whiskers. The method not only realizes the selective preparation of L-glucosone by catalytic pyrolysis of waste paper, but also recovers the calcium carbonate additive in the waste paper to prepare calcium carbonate whiskers. At the same time, the active groups doped on the pyrolytic carbon enable the activated carbon activated at high temperature to achieve efficient adsorption of lead ions. The present invention is a very promising method for resource utilization of waste paper.
