The object of the present invention is to provide a new method for the preparation of alkyl iodide esters. Through copper-catalyzed cleavage of double C-O bonds of cyclic ethers, a selective three-component coupling agent is developed, and 70 is synthesized in the presence of TMSCF 3 . Various iodoalkyl esters, this coupling agent consists of commercially available chemicals, carboxylic acids, cyclic ethers and sodium iodide. This allows the direct and concise synthesis of highly functionalized iodoalkyl esters without the need to prepare activated carbonyl intermediates or corresponding alcohols, and thus complements traditional iodoalkyl ester synthesis. In addition, a synthetic method for synthesizing insect pheromone and probenecid derivatives is also disclosed. The preparation method of the catalyst is simple in process, green, efficient, low in cost, good in functional group compatibility and simple in post-treatment, and has potential value in industrial production. |
