titleOfInvention A kind of medicine for treating α-amanita poisoning and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a medicine for treating α-amanita poisoning and application thereof. Because α-amanita toxin can enter hepatocytes through the NA + -taurocholic acid co-transporter, and exert a toxic effect. The invention discloses that for inhibiting the NA+-taurocholic acid co-transporter on the basement membrane of hepatocytes, it can block the repeated entry of α-amanita toxin into hepatocytes and enterohepatic circulation with bile, and prevent the α-amanita toxin from interacting with the liver. Combined with RNA polymerase II, it increases the level of transcription, maintains the normal translation process, and enables hepatocytes to synthesize the necessary proteins, thereby exerting a protective effect on the liver. The use of NTCP inhibitors provides new ideas and directions for the treatment of α-amanita toxin liver injury. In particular, the present invention has important value when there is no clear molecular mechanism and specific drug for α-amanita poisoning.
