abstract The invention discloses the application of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the treatment of ischemic stroke model drug efficacy. The function of regulating autophagy mainly has two aspects. One is the increased expression of microglia M2 type that promotes autophagy, reducing inflammation and oxidative stress damage under OGD/R injury, thereby reducing neuronal damage; Hydroxysafflor yellow A directly targets neuronal autophagy activation for neuroprotection. Therefore, hydroxysafflor yellow A has positive significance in the preparation of drugs for promoting autophagy in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
