The molar ratio is 18:1~18:25. The present invention provides an aqueous zinc-based dual-ion battery comprising the above-mentioned dual-ion electrolyte. The dual-ion battery of the present invention can work stably in the voltage range of 0-2.3V (vs. Zn 2+ /Zn).
