abstract The invention discloses an in-situ coupling color development method of meta-aramid fiber, comprising the following steps: (1) pretreatment: soaking the meta-aramid fiber fabric in dimethyl sulfoxide, then taking it out for cleaning and drying; (2) Color development: placing the fabric obtained in step (1) in methanol, adding a weakly basic aromatic primary amine diazonium salt solution for color development; then taking out for cleaning and drying. By adopting the color developing method of the invention, a brown-based meta-aramid fabric can be obtained.
