titleOfInvention | A primer pair for rapid detection of H9 subtype avian influenza virus and its application |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a primer pair for rapid detection of H9 subtype avian influenza virus and its application. The primer pair provided by the present invention includes an upstream primer and a downstream primer, the nucleotide sequence of the upstream primer is shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the nucleotide sequence of the downstream primer is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The primer pair provided by the invention can rapidly detect all H9 subtype avian influenza viruses, and has the advantages of high sensitivity and strong specificity. The primer pairs provided by the invention are used to detect 96 standard positive clinical samples of H9 subtype avian influenza virus and 300 standard negative samples, and the results show that the sensitivity is 100.0% and the specificity is 100.0%. |
