Taking amino compound as the core, it is prepared by successively carrying out Michael addition reaction, hydrolysis reaction and substitution reaction with methyl acrylate/hydroxyethyl acrylate, ethylenediamine and ferrocene carboxylic acid after acid chloride. The burning rate catalyst of the present invention is not easy to migrate and volatilize under natural conditions, has good thermal stability, ensures the stability during the storage process of the propellant, can reduce the thermal decomposition temperature of ammonium perchlorate (AP), and improves the propellant combustion performance.
