titleOfInvention Preparation method of high temperature and high frequency MnZn power ferrite material
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of high temperature and high frequency MnZn power ferrite material, and relates to the technical field of preparation of ferrite material. The present invention comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of BTO-based PTC dielectric ceramic powder; (2) preparation of MnZn ferrite pre-sintered material; (3) doping: the MnZn power ferrite pre-sintered material obtained in step 2). The sintered material is the weight reference basis, and the following additives are added according to the weight percentage of the pre-sintered material: 0.01-0.03wt% V 2 O 5 , 0.05-0.15 wt % TiO 2 , 0.1-0.3 wt % Co 2 O 3 , 0.01-0.03 wt % NiO, 0.02-0.08wt% BTO-based PTC dielectric ceramic powder; the above powder is subjected to secondary ball milling; (4) sample molding; (5) sintering. The ferrite material using the technology of the present invention has the advantage of low loss at high frequency and high temperature.
