titleOfInvention | Lanthanum-modified magnetic resin containing two types of quaternary ammonium sites for efficiently adsorbing phosphorus, and its preparation method and high-density circulating reflux device |
abstract | The invention discloses a lanthanum-modified magnetic resin containing two types of quaternary ammonium sites for efficiently adsorbing phosphorus, a preparation method thereof, and a high-density circulating reflux device. The lanthanum-modified magnetic resin is composed of two types of quaternary ammonium salt active sites. The strong base anion exchange resin skeleton, the magnetic particles encapsulated therein and the lanthanum material supported on the surface are composed of monomers containing ester groups and epoxy groups, together with cross-linking agents, porogens, initiators, modified The magnetic particles are mixed into an oil phase, and suspension polymerization is carried out in the water phase to obtain copolymerized magnetic microspheres. The ester groups on the copolymerized magnetic microspheres are sequentially aminated and alkylated to form a class of quaternary ammonium salts, epoxy groups and amine salts. The reaction is carried out to obtain another type of quaternary ammonium salt, the double bond on the other side of the benzene ring on the crosslinking agent is subjected to post-crosslinking reaction, and finally the resin is loaded with lanthanum species, that is, a lanthanum modified magnetic field containing two types of quaternary ammonium sites is obtained. Resin can be used for the adsorption of phosphorus substances in actual sewage to meet the phosphorus discharge standards and water reuse phosphorus standards related to sewage treatment. |
