At the inlet, the tail gas chimney is provided with a chimney tail gas inlet. The pretreatment filter system includes a pretreatment filter mixed acid inlet, a pretreatment filter residue outlet, and a pretreatment filter acid outlet. The extraction system includes an extraction phosphoric acid inlet, an extraction agent inlet, and a load solvent outlet. At the outlet of raffinate acid, the precision filtration system includes a casing, a filter element and a filter element separator, and the filtration separator divides the casing into a filtration primary liquid chamber and a filtration clear liquid chamber; the filter element is installed on the separator. The invention can effectively reduce the leakage risk of hydrogen sulfide.
