abstract The invention relates to an aspirin enteric-coated tablet with low salicylic acid and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the aspirin enteric-coated tablet of the present invention is composed of a tablet core, a barrier coating layer and an enteric coating layer. The tablet core contains aspirin or its salts and fillers as active ingredients; the release coating layer contains enteric material, plasticizer and anti-adherent; the enteric coating layer contains enteric material, plasticizer and anti-adherent. The invention adopts powder mixing and direct tableting and adopts a barrier coating layer, which avoids the degradation reaction of aspirin after encountering water, and greatly reduces the salicylic acid content of the aspirin enteric-coated tablet during production and storage. The enteric-coated tablet has the advantages of not being released in acid, and being able to be substantially completely released in a buffer, and is superior in quality to existing preparations. The invention provides an improved preparation process, the preparation method is simple and feasible, and is easy to industrialize production.
