titleOfInvention | Application of Follyl Acetate in Controlling Meloidogyne incognita |
abstract | The invention discloses an application of follyl acetate in the prevention and treatment of root-knot nematode incognita: a slow-release device is used to release phyllyl acetate to treat corn plants, the treatment concentration is 70±10ng h ‑1 per plant, and the treatment time is 1.5 ±0.5 hours. The present invention finds for the first time that the exposure treatment of phylloyl acetate can effectively inhibit the infection and reproduction of the root-knot nematode incognita, and significantly reduce the feeding preference of the root-knot nematode incognita to host plants. Fotyl acetate can inhibit the invasion and feeding of M. incognita by promoting the content of plant root defense-related hormones abscisic acid, jasmonic acid and jasmonate-isoleucine conjugate. During the application process, phylloyl acetate is safe, non-toxic, economical and environmentally friendly, and will not have negative effects on the growth of crops after treatment. |
