titleOfInvention | Microorganism with modified lactose permease and method for producing lactose-containing oligosaccharide |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a more efficient production method of lactose-containing oligosaccharide produced by fermentation. According to the present invention, by using a microorganism having the ability to produce a protein having lactose permease activity modified such that a specific amino acid residue is substituted with other amino acid residues, it is possible to use a microorganism having the ability to produce a wild-type one having lactose permease activity. Lactose-containing oligosaccharides such as 2'-fucosyllactose can be produced more efficiently than in the case of microorganisms capable of protein. |
