The present invention relates to a liquid crystal composition having a negative dielectric constant anisotropy, comprising one or more compounds represented by the general formula (i) and a polymerizable compound represented by the general formula (ii). 1 type or 2 or more types, and the nematic phase-isotropic liquid phase transition temperature is 100 degreeC or more.
