titleOfInvention | A kind of iron-air battery based on gel state rechargeable and discharge photo-assisted and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an iron-air battery based on gel state rechargeable and discharge photo-assisted and a preparation method thereof. The iron-air battery is composed of TiO 2 ‑CuO thin film photoelectrode as air electrode, iron sheet as metal electrode, and calcium alginate hydrogel as electrolyte. The TiO2 -CuO photo-assisted material prepared by the invention has excellent photocatalytic activity and stability, and the invention reduces the charging voltage of the iron-air battery and improves the discharge voltage of the iron-air battery by introducing sunlight. On the other hand, the present invention realizes the conversion among solar energy, chemical energy and electric energy, and opens up a new way for the rechargeable iron-air battery. In addition, the hydrogel electrolyte replaces the traditional aqueous solution as the electrolyte, which solves the leakage problem of traditional batteries and provides a new way for the development of electronic devices. |
