abstract |
A small molecule photodetector comprises one or more photosensitive layers, wherein at least one layer of the photosensitive layer is a thin film obtained by co-evaporating a compound with a large conjugated system and other compounds. In the present invention, the compound of the macro-conjugated system and other compounds are co-evaporated to obtain a mixed film or a composite film, and then impurities are removed by post-treatment. This method can avoid the high temperature decomposition that may occur in the direct vapor deposition of metal-coordinated macroconjugate system compounds, making it possible to deposit thin films on a given substrate, and the obtained organic photodetector has excellent photoelectric response. The present invention also relates to a small molecule photodetector array containing the small molecule photodetector. |
