The silicon transducer element (1) adopts a PN junction type or a PIN junction type structure, the isotope source (2) is arranged between the two layers of silicon transducer elements (1), and the electrode unit (3) is located in the The two sides of the silicon transducer element (1) are used for drawing out the generated current. The invention has a simple structure, uses 3 H isotope, 63 Ni isotope, or 147 Pm isotope as an energy source, and has relatively mature silicon preparation technology for the energy conversion unit material, and can form a power supply device with strong adaptability and long-term stable operation. The power density of the isotope battery of the present invention can reach more than 500 μW/cm 3 , which can be improved by 1-2 orders of magnitude compared with the traditional planar structure isotope battery.
