The invention discloses a preparation method of an iron-nickel alloy thin film that can effectively degrade azo dye wastewater. The FeNi alloy thin film is prepared by using a copper foil as a substrate and a directional magnetic field-assisted wet chemical film-forming method. In the invention, Ni and FeNi films are prepared by a liquid phase reduction method; in addition, by utilizing the excellent magnetic properties of FeNi, a dense surface layer full of dislocation stacked cubic nano FeNi alloy particle structure alloy films is prepared by the auxiliary action of a directional magnetic field (FeNi‑M). Taking advantage of the surface activity of the films, Ni, FeNi and FeNi‑M films can effectively degrade CR azo dyes, and all the degradation processes conform to the first-order chemical reaction kinetic model. Under the same reaction conditions, the degradation performance of FeNi‑M alloy films is the best. In addition, the film still has a removal rate of more than 90% after 5 cycles, and has excellent cycle performance. |
