abstract |
The invention discloses an RPA-LFS detection primer probe combination of Candida tropicalis and its application. The RPA-LFS is used to amplify the internal transcribed spacer-2 (ITS2) gene of Candida tropicalis. With optimized primer-probe design, a primer-probe combination with strong specificity and high sensitivity can be obtained for clinical sample detection, and RPA-LFS detection is carried out for 24 common clinical pathogens. The sensitivity and specificity of the detection system of this system 196 clinical samples collected from different sources were tested to evaluate the detection performance of the established RPA‑LFS system, and to provide a reliable molecular diagnostic method for the detection of Candida tropicalis, It meets the urgent need for rapid, sensitive, real-time, and portable on-site detection in clinical practice. |
