abstract |
The invention discloses the application of hsa-miR-144-5p as a postmenopausal osteoporosis diagnostic marker. The present invention adopts the high-throughput gene chip technology to detect the serum miRNA expression profile of PMOP patients, and compares it with the postmenopausal non-osteoporosis population to screen the differentially expressed miRNA between the two, and further verify the selected miRNA by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology. The differential level of miRNA between PMOP patients and n‑PMOP confirms the clinical application value of the screened markers, and finally provides a simple, easy and highly accurate biomarker for the diagnosis of clinical PMOP. |
