The present invention realizes rapid and low-cost detection of lung cancer polygene mutation by designing specific multiplex PCR-targeted high-throughput sequencing detection primer pairs for lung cancer polygene mutation, and combining PCR reaction and gene sequencing, and the detection rate is as high as 100%. The specificity is 100% and can be used for clinical detection of multiple gene mutations in lung cancer. |
