abstract The invention discloses a water-based polyurethane coating with antifouling and self-repairing functions and a preparation method thereof; the coating is composed of a water-based hydroxyl component and a water-based polyurethane curing agent containing a polyimine compound in an NCO:OH molar ratio of 1.2-1.5: 1. The paint is prepared; the water-based hydroxyl component is obtained by mixing water-based hydroxyl resin, hydrophilic super-lubricating hydroxyl resin and auxiliary agents, and adding water to a solid content of 20-40 wt%; the hydrophilic super-lubricating hydroxyl resin is composed of vinyl siloxane, vinyl pyrrolidone, alkyl hydroxyacrylate, acrylic acid and organic solvent are mixed, azobisisobutyronitrile is added, the temperature is raised to 60-80°C, the reaction is carried out under N atmosphere for 3-5h , and water is added to emulsify after neutralization. The waterborne polyurethane coating with both antifouling and self-repairing properties prepared by the invention has excellent self-repairing performance, good antifouling performance, energy saving and environmental protection, and the prepared coating film has the advantages of good adhesion, good water resistance and high hardness.
