The invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials, and provides a method for preparing magnetic polymer microspheres by chemical copolymerization, comprising the following steps: (1) preparation of magnetic fluid; (2) post-modification of olefinic magnetic fluid; (3) stable phase (4) ultrasonic atomization of the copolymer oil phase; (5) polymerization. It solves the problems of easy loss of magnetic properties and wide particle size distribution of the magnetic fluid in the prior art. The magnetic polymer microspheres synthesized by this method can be used in many fields such as biological separation, nucleic acid extraction, in vitro diagnosis and in vivo imaging. |
