The invention is applicable to the field of thermoelectric materials, and provides a BaZrS 3 bulk thermoelectric material with a perovskite structure and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials for preparing the BaZrS 3 bulk thermoelectric material include BaCO 3 , ZrO 2 and CS 2 . The invention can realize the rapid batch preparation of BaZrS 3 bulk materials and improve the synthesis efficiency. The prepared BaZrS 3 material has high density and close to the theoretical density, good thermoelectric performance, and stable thermoelectric performance in the temperature range from room temperature to 300 DEG C. It provides a good foundation for the further optimization of the subsequent thermoelectric performance. The invention broadens the types of existing thermoelectric material systems, and provides a new way for realizing thermoelectric energy conversion. |
