abstract | The invention discloses a multi-channel electrochemical microfluidic test card and a manufacturing method. The test card includes, from bottom to top, an injection molding substrate, a gold electrode circuit and a hydrophilic membrane. The injection molded base plate is made by injection molding. The gold electrode circuit is attached to the injection molded substrate by electroplating and embedding. The hydrophilic film is attached to the injection molding substrate, and the injection molding substrate has multiple reaction channels. The reaction liquid of each channel is prepared according to the test items and then placed on the corresponding reaction channel. The hydrophilic film and the reaction channel constitute a siphon pool. There are multiple reaction channels around the sample addition area. The sample addition area includes small grooves and stepped grooves. The small grooves are located in the middle of the stepped grooves. Each stepped groove has the same volume. There are raised baffles between them, and each stepped groove only communicates with the small groove and the respective reaction channel. The invention utilizes ingenious structural design of the electrochemical microfluidic detection card to realize the purpose that one drop of blood can test multiple items. |
