titleOfInvention | Application of an Inula odorifera composition in the preparation of antidepressant drugs |
abstract | The invention relates to the application of an Inula odorifera composition in the preparation of antidepressant drugs, and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines. The invention adopts the method of chronic restraint stress to establish the mouse depression model, and evaluates the influence of the Inula radix Bupleurum composition on the chronic restraint depression model mice through behavioral, ELISA, Western blot and other experiments. The results showed that the composition of Bupleurum edulis can significantly improve the depression-like behavior of chronic restraint stress mice, increase the content of neurotransmitters in the brain, and activate the BDNF/TrkB/CREB signaling pathway. The results suggest that the Inula Radix Bupleuri composition of the present invention can be used to prepare antidepressant drugs. |
