titleOfInvention A method for synthesizing 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoic acid with 2-chloro-4-aminobromobenzene as raw material
abstract The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, in particular to a method for synthesizing 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoic acid using 2-chloro-4-aminobromobenzene as a raw material, which is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: 2-chloro-4-amino 2-chloro-4-fluorobromobenzene is produced by diazotization of bromobenzene; 2-chloro-4-fluorobromobenzene is reacted with magnesium to produce Grignard reagent and then reacted with carbon dioxide to produce 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoic acid; or 2-chloro-4-fluorobromobenzene reacts with cuprous cyanide to generate 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzonitrile; 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzonitrile is hydrolyzed under acidic conditions to generate 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoic acid , or hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions to generate 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoate, and 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoate is acidified to obtain 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoic acid. The method for synthesizing 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoic acid using 2-chloro-4-aminobenzonitrile as a raw material provided by the invention avoids the use of expensive precious metal catalysts and highly toxic reagents, and the used reagents are environmentally friendly and reduce costs , the process is simplified, the yield is high, the deficiencies of the prior art are overcome, and it is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
