abstract The present invention relates to polypeptides which are covalently bound to a molecular scaffold such that there are two peptide loops facing each other between the attachment points of the scaffold. In particular, the present invention describes peptides that are high affinity binders to IL-17. The invention also includes drug conjugates comprising the peptide conjugated to one or more effector and/or functional groups, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the peptide ligand and the drug conjugate, and the peptide ligand and drug conjugates in the prevention, inhibition or treatment of IL-17-mediated diseases or disorders.
