The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for identifying target reactive T cell receptors (TCRs). The identification can be based on comparing the frequency of TCRs before and after marker-based selection. The identification can also be based on comparing the frequency of TCRs in pools of cells stimulated by mutant and wild-type antigens. |
