abstract The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting 16 kinds of drugs and their metabolites in blood by UPLC-MS/MS method. The 16 kinds of drugs and their metabolites include methotrexate, olanzapine, risperidone, 9- Hydroxyrisperidone, amisulpride, ziprasidone, perphenazine, lucidazine, sertindole, chlorprotixol, rosuvastatin, theophylline, escitalopram, or citalopram , maprotiline, bupropion, hydroxybupropion, and azithromycin. The method includes: determining a standard curve, processing a blood sample to be tested, and detecting the sample to be tested by a UPLC-MS/MS method. The detection method provided by the invention can rapidly and accurately detect the contents of 16 kinds of drugs and their metabolites in blood simultaneously. The sample pretreatment adopts the method of protein precipitation, which uses less blood and the processing method is simple and easy to implement. The detection method has a wide linear range and short analysis time. It can analyze 10 groups of samples in 1 hour, with high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
